Our History
Founded in 2005 in Huzhou, China, C&D Wood began as a small factory where founder Rain Yang pursued his passion for decorative wood veneers. Driven by a love for wood’s natural beauty and a commitment to quality, Rain and his team focused on crafting premium veneer sheets and rolls.
Over the years, we expanded our product line to include reconstituted veneers, moulding profiles, and wall panels, offering clients a complete solution—from veneers to finished products.
Today, C&D Wood is a trusted global supplier of premium wood products. As we move forward, we stay true to innovation, sustainability, and the timeless craft of woodworking.
Our Factory
We offer a wide range of decorative wood veneer sheets and rolls products from China.
Such as natural veneer, reconstituted veneer (engineered veneer), fleece-backed veneer, paperback veneer, veneer edge banding, wrapping profile veneer, UV pre-finished veneer, woven veneer, exotic burlwood veneer, matched veneer layon, etc.
At C&D Wood, we combine advanced technology with artisanal expertise to produce the finest wood veneer sheets and rolls for global markets. Equipped with veneer slice cutting machinery, finger-joint veneer machine, veneer splicing machine, and UV coating machines.
We ensure consistent quality, flawless finishes, and exceptional durability for every clients.
With our extensive selection of decorative wood veneers, we offer clients a wide variety of veneered board options.
In addition to standard hardwood plywood and MDF, we also supply marine plywood, moisture-resistant MDF, fire-rated MDF, HDF, and chipboard.
For the face veneer, you can choose from 0.25mm thin natural wood veneer or reconstituted veneer, as well as the more commonly used 0.4mm thickness in both natural and reconstituted veneers.
For certain wood species, we also offer veneer-faced boards with thicknesses of 1mm and 2mm.
In 2018, we expanded our product range to include moulding profiles and wall panels, adding to our diverse offerings.
With a complete set of advanced equipment, we are able to produce not only high-quality moulding profiles but also fluted wall panels, effectively meeting market demands.
Clients can choose from wood veneer or PVC film-wrapped profiles and wall panels, including skirting, white-primed mouldings, door frames, and architraves.
Additionally, our fluted and flexible tambour wall panels have gained significant popularity in the North American and European markets, where there is strong demand for these products
